The following routes are available for this service:
POST/v2/DictionaryValidator/{ColumnID}/{ValidatorID}
PUT/v2/DictionaryValidator/{ColumnID}/{ValidatorID}
DELETE/v2/DictionaryValidator/{ColumnID}/{ValidatorID}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
