LookupFromSchemaField

The following routes are available for this service:
GET/v1/Lookup/FromSchema/Field/{FileName}/{FieldName}
GET/v1/Lookup/FromSchema/Field/srmOn/{FileName}/{FieldName}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
