TableFromSchemaCreate

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT/v1/Table/FromSchema/{FileName}
POST/v1/Table/FromSchema/{FileName}
POST/v1/Table/FromSchema/srmOn/{FileName}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
