The following routes are available for this service:
POST,OPTIONS/l10n/translations/submit/system/{ObjID}
GET,OPTIONS/l10n/translations/xml/{Locale}/{ObjID}
GET,OPTIONS/l10n/translations/system/{Locale}/{ObjID}
POST,OPTIONS/l10n/translations/submit/xml/{ObjID}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
